Regularity

• All pupils are required to be regular in attendance.
• Students being absent for unjustified or unexplained reasons shall be removed from school.
• Leave of absence is granted for very serious reasons only. Pupils who have been absent from school must bring a written notice in “Regularity Record” of diary explaining their absence. The notes must be signed by parents whose signature must tally with the specimen signatures given in the diary.
• Pupils who have been absent for two days or more on medical ground must bring a medical certificate along with the absent letter. Children affected by infectious disease or who are exposed to such disease in their homes must complete the quarantine period before rejoining school. This should be indicated on the Medical Certificate.
• Normally all classes will be held from Monday to Friday every week, unless otherwise notified.
• Early departure (Half Day) will not be granted except on medical grounds strictly.
