Examination

  • The school's year is divided into Two main Semesters, with one terminal Examination in each Semester - Half Yearly and Annual.
  • Apart from Two Terminal Examinations, there will be four unit test of 10 marks each, two before each examination from classes UKG TO IX.
              Marks Division

      20 Marks : Comprehensive and continuous Evaluation

    • It consists of
    • Two unit tests of 10 marks each
    • One project/Assessment/Model/Scrap Book Work or any other method of Evaluation 05 Marks
    • Continuous Assessment based on classwork and home work 05 Marks
      The unit test marks out of 20 will be divided by 2 to scale down to 10.
    • 80 Marks : Terminal Examination

  • For students who are absent from the unit tests or terminal examination, no provision can be made for a suppiementary test.
  • Securing pass marks in English, 2nd language & mathematics is necessary.
    The pass marks for each subject is 40%.
  • Equal emphasis will be given on each Semester Examination.
  • Class X will have three examinations Half yearly, Pre Selection and Selection. Students of Class X will not be allowed to appear in the examination, if they fail to attain minimum 80% of attendance in each term
  • Class XI will have two Prep Test one before each terminal examination of 25 marks. The cumulative marks of the same will be added up to the final Examination .
  • Students of Class-XII will have two examinations Half Yearly and Pre-board. They need to fullfill the criteria of 75% of total attendance to be allowed for the examination.
  • Classes X & XII students will also have their Prep Tests to make themselves prepared for the board examination.
